Fish ceviche

Lima cause:

Marinated chicken:
Fried pickled chicken sautéed over a powerful sauce of garlic, onion, ají panca, ají amarillo, pepper and oregano. Once cooked add vinegar to taste and serve cold. A full-fledged pickle. It is served with lettuce and sweet potato and a piece of hard-boiled egg for a different flavor note.
Seafood spicy:
A rich spicy seafood dish. Prepare a sauce of onion, panca pepper, ground green pepper, salt, pepper and cumin. Once the sauce is prepared, add the potatoes, octopus and crab pulp and season with parsley, coriander and bell pepper to taste. A very fresh seafood dish thanks to the seasoning. Very light and very easy to prepare.
Locro De Zapallo:
Pumpkin stew, also known as pumpkin stew or pumpkin. Basically we are talking about a potato and pumpkin locro, a typical dish of the coast that has corn (corn), peas (peas), onion and garlic and is usually seasoned with oil, salt and oregano to taste and is usually accompanied by rice . .
Lomo saltado:
A very simple dish, very nutritious and quick and easy to prepare. We only need beef tenderloin in squares or strips, onion, chili and oil and salt to taste. Hello! I am from Peru, I live in the beautiful city of Iquitos. In the morning I eat two fried eggs with bread and coffee, sometimes with cheese we vary.
